The workspace uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF cookie to protect requests. Browser storage remembers preferences, editing history, unsaved work, and your acknowledgement of this notice. The landing page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The cookie notice acknowledges these essential uses; it does not authorize optional tracking.

Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture to identify your account. We do not receive your Google password. The Google sign-in service loads when you open the workspace sign-in screen, not on this landing page.

In a connected workspace, projects, prompts, and extracted topics are stored on the server. Recompile sends prompt text and short summaries from the same project to the configured language-model provider. Token usage is recorded for quotas and billing. The local development workspace stores its work in your browser. Airplane Mode keeps opened projects and drafts in browser storage and caches the application files for offline reopening. Turning it off uploads your changes to your account. Clearing website data or closing the last private browsing window removes local drafts.

If you explicitly save and enable a backup destination on Pro, the server stores its credential encrypted with a dedicated key and sends your owned projects to that destination. Supported destinations are AWS S3, HTTPS WebDAV, and GitHub repositories. Credentials are never included in workspace backup files or returned by the settings API. Disabling a destination pauses sending; removing it deletes the stored credential. Account closure deletes backup settings and credentials. Copies already sent to your destination remain under your control; deleting source content does not remove those copies. Backups contain project and prompt content, topics, and board settings, but not account credentials, billing records, project memberships, or collaborative revision history.

When you purchase a subscription, Stripe hosts checkout and payment-method management. We share an internal account identifier with Stripe to associate purchases with your account. Payment and contact details you enter on Stripe’s hosted pages are processed by Stripe. We retain Stripe customer, subscription, invoice and event identifiers, subscription status, paid-through dates, and payment amounts. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. See https://stripe.com/privacy.

Content stays until you delete it or close your account. Closing an account removes its projects and prompts and anonymizes the account record. Usage and billing records are retained after account closure for accounting and support, including Stripe identifiers which can remain linkable to payment records. Closing an account cancels its subscriptions; if cancellation fails, closure is not completed and can be retried.
